Dr Kaitlyn Mullane

Dr Kaitlyn Mullane is a Yeppoon local who graduated from The University of Queensland and now holds a fellowship with The Royal Australian College of General Practice and a Diploma of Child Health.

Dr Mullane has undergone further training in mental health, child health, and skin cancer medicine, and enjoys all areas of general practice. In 2020 she has transitioned to practice principal.

Dr Kristel Kemmerling

Dr Kristel Kemmerling has worked throughout Queensland as a general practitioner.She graduated from Griffith University and has fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice. She also works in medical education and is involved in training junior doctors through James Cook University.

Dr Kemmerling enjoys all areas of general practice, especially antenatal care. She has further training in skin cancer, women’s health, and medical education.Her interests include traveling, coffee, and baking.

Dr Amanda Tait

Dr Amanda Tait graduated from The University of Queensland and has fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice. She has over a decade of experience working as a general practitioner, most of this time in various towns in Central Queensland. She is also involved in medical education and training junior doctors through James Cook University.

Dr Tait enjoys all areas of general practice, especially paediatrics. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of four kids and enjoys getting to the beach with them as often as possible.

Dr Sophie Lassila

Dr Sophie Lassila graduated from Griffith University in 2019 and spent her junior doctor years working at Logan and Gold Coast University Hospitals. Dr Lassila completed further training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Gold Coast University Hospital and obtained her RANZCOG Associate Training Program (Procedural) qualification and enjoys all aspects of women’s health.

In 2025 Dr Lassila moved to Rockhampton to complete further training at Rockhampton Base Hospital across different specialties prior to commencing General Practice. Dr Lassila is looking forward to caring for her patients across all areas of General Practice.

Dr Sarala Bongaram

Dr Sarala Bongaram is a skilled and compassionate GP with extensive experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions. She is dedicated to holistic, patient‑centred care and works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Her key areas of expertise include paediatric care, women’s health, chronic disease management, routine health checks, vaccinations and creating comprehensive management plans.

Dr Bongaram is committed to supporting your immediate health needs while helping you achieve long‑term wellbeing through evidence‑based care.

Dr Georgia Edwards

Dr Georgia Edwards is a Yeppoon local who graduated from James Cook University. She is returning to her home town to complete her fellowship training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and her Rural Generalist Fellowship.

Dr Georgia enjoys the continuity of care of general practice along with providing holistic whole person care.

Outside of work she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
